3. pmaymis.gov.in
4. Then open Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana official site.
5. Just show down image.

6. Click on CITIZEN ASSESSMENT.

7. Then Choose option For slum dwellers or Benefit under other 3.

8.Then open new tab and enter your Aadhaar number or Aadhaar VID number and Enter your Name and click on Check

9. Then appear your form.

10. Feel the complete form.
